For Australia Post deliveries, powered by Couriers Please (our selected delivery company), the driver will leave a card with all the detail for you to collect or explaining the steps to follow for a redelivery of your order. As a signature is required at reception of the parcel by our shipping agent, the agent would keep the parcel or would drop it off at a Pop shop in order for you to collect it.
According to some specific delivery areas, the agent would directly place the parcel to a depot (which would be mentioned in the card left behind). The parcel will be kept for two weeks. If the parcel has not been collected by then, it will be returned to our Fulfilment Centre.

Note: for residential deliveries being made by Australia Post, they can occur as early as 7am. For business addresses, the delivery will be made during standard business hours, 9am to 5pm AEST.
