Returns Policy

COSETTE offers returns within 7 days after receiving your order.

We have 3 rules of returns, item(s) must be returned:

Within 7 days of receiving your order;
Unworn and unused with the original RA & tags still attached;
In the original packaging which must be in the original condition. This includes branded dust bags and shoe boxes.

Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

Return Policy
If you have placed an incorrect order or wish to cancel an order

We are able to cancel any order as long as we receive your cancellation request on the same day you place your order. (Usually within business hours 9am to 5 pm). If you have incorrectly ordered an item or wish to cancel or change an order before the sale closes, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

If you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or wish to cancel an order before delivery

We do not normally issue refunds, except where we have a legal obligation to do so. However, if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, we will accept returns of most products purchased from COSETTE within 7 days after receiving your order for a COSETTE credit or a refund (equivalent to your initial order regardless the fees applied by the third payment facility party), subject to the conditions and exceptions below ("change of mind return"). If the item has been delivered, the delivery fee will not be credited or refunded. Please note that if we do not hold excess stock of the items you have purchased, we cannot swap your item for a different product or size.

To initiate a change of mind cancellation for items before they are delivered, please contact Customer Service. If your item has been delivered and you wish to return it, you must:
• contact Customer Service within 7 days after receiving your order to indicate that you wish to return the product and receive a return authorisation (RA);
• return the product (with postage paid by you), along with the RA, to us within a further 7 days of receiving the RA;
• ensure that the product is returned in an 'as new' condition, including packaging. All products must be in their original packaging and include any accessories, documentation, tags or other items that were included with the product.

If a returned product is returned and has been used, damaged, or is not accompanied by an RA, the return will be rejected, and the product returned to you.
All products are photographed before being dispatched.
We accept change of mind returns within 7 days after receiving your order. Of course, COSETTE will also accept returns of these items if they are faulty, or do not match your order.

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered (e.g., different item, size or colour), please contact our Customer Service team (details below) who will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you have received a defective product, please contact our Customer Service team (details below), so they can discuss the issue with you and help resolve it as soon as possible. We may require the product to be returned or photographs of the fault to be provided so we can assess the product. We will endeavour to assess faults and, where appropriate, provide a remedy as soon as possible.
